Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chatbot Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of an intelligent chatbot solution. As a Chatbot Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining chatbot systems that provide exceptional user experiences and deliver accurate and meaningful responses.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop chatbot solutions using industry-leading technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional chatbot features.
• Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to enable accurate understanding and generation of human-like responses.
• Integrate chatbots with external systems, APIs, and databases to fetch and deliver data as required.
• Design and implement dialog management systems to handle user interactions and maintain context.
• Optimize chatbot performance and usability by refining conversational flows and user interfaces.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the chatbot functions reliably and efficiently.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in NLP, AI, and chatbot technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into our chatbot development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and data scientists, to deliver high-quality chatbot solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainable code.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chatbot Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of chatbot projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Experience in any RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• In-depth knowledge of NLP techniques, libraries, and frameworks, such as NLTK, spaCy, or BERT.
• Familiarity with chatbot frameworks and platforms, such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Experience in integrating chatbots with APIs and external services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to design and implement effective chatbot solutions.
• Excellent understanding of software development principles, including version control, testing, and debugging.
• Knowledge of UX design principles and conversational UI design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Must have skills

• 7 Yrs of Solid hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and administering different SQL Server releases including SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008 R1/R2, SQL Server 2012, SQL Server 2014, SQL Server 2016, SQL Server 2017.
• Experience in the availability of SQL Server solutions, including Log Shipping, Replication, Mirroring, and SQL Server clustering.
• Knowledge in administering SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
• Knowledge in administering and developing in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
• Knowledge in administering and developing in SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services)
• Knowledge in authoring and maintaining PowerShell and/or VBScript

• Experience in Setting up Golden Gate one-way, two-way/Bidirectional, Active to Active, and active to Passive data replication with conflict detection and resolutions.
• Good Experience in RMAN and Data Guard (Active Data Guard) and hands-on experience in Configuring Datagurad and Troubleshooting DG issues
